Refund policy
GlowMart.com.pk par shopping karne ka shukriya. Hamari koshish hoti hai ke har customer ko behtareen products aur service faraham ki jaye.
1. Order Cancellation
- Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai.
- Agar order courier ko hand over ho chuka ho to cancellation mumkin nahin hogi.
2. Return Policy
Aap product receive karne ke 7 din ke andar return request kar sakte hain agar:
- Ghalat product receive hua ho.
- Product damaged ya defective ho.
- Product missing parts ke sath receive hua ho.
Return ke liye product original condition, original packing aur tamam accessories ke sath hona chahiye.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In suraton mein return ya refund available nahin hoga:
- Customer ne sirf apni pasand tabdeel ki ho.
- Product istemal, damage ya misuse ki wajah se kharab ho.
- Original packing ya accessories mojood na hon.
4. Refund Policy
- Return approve hone ke baad refund process shuru kiya jayega.
- Agar refund applicable hua to amount bank transfer ya kisi mutually agreed tareeqe se wapas ki jayegi.
- Refund process aam tor par 5–10 working days le sakta hai.
5. Exchange Policy
Agar product defective ya wrong receive ho to available stock ki surat mein exchange ki sahulat di jayegi.
6. Return Shipping
Agar ghalti GlowMart ki ho (wrong ya defective product), to return shipping ka kharcha GlowMart bardasht karega.
Agar return customer ki request par ho aur policy ke mutabiq approve ho, to shipping charges customer ki zimmedari ho sakte hain.
